Absolutely. We have a wide selection of food and yummy treats available. All dietary requirements can be catered for and for larger events we can offer bespoke menus and packages.

Unfortunately, this will not be available. All tickets must be purchased through our website before the date of the event.

Once we have received your full payment for the tickets and pre-order forms your tickets will be sent straight to you.

Can I pre-order drinks?2019-03-05T12:28:15+01:00

As part of your booking process, you will have the opportunity to fill out a drinks pre-order form. Any drinks pre-ordered will be ready and waiting for you upon arrival, at your table.

Please be aware that under no circumstance will you be allowed to enter with your own drinks or food – guests found to have brought alcohol into the venue will have the items confiscated and asked to leave.

Do you offer drinks tokens?2019-03-05T12:25:05+01:00

Drinks tokens are available to pre-purchase.  These tokens can be exchanged for a beer, wine or single spirit and mixer.

All venues have a smoking area – this is a covered space at our event structure venues but maybe uncovered at certain venues.

Yes – guests can pay at the car using pre-paid tokens, cash or credit and debit cards.

Is there an age limit to attend this event?2019-03-05T12:19:18+01:00

Due to the nature of the event and alcohol available at the event the parties are strictly 18+. If you are fortunate to look under 18 please be prepared to provide ID on entry.  We operate a challenge 25 policy at our venues.

Unfortunately, there is no on-site parking provided at any of our venues.  NCP car parks and on-street parking may be available nearby but cannot be guaranteed.

The London City Beach can vary in size depending on how we lay out the venue, however, it can hold up to a maximum of 2000 people.

What is the maximum I can book for a shared summer party?2019-03-05T12:11:19+01:00

The maximum you can book for a shared party is 50. If there is more in your party contact us directly at 0208 830 5959 

Is there a cloakroom or somewhere I can put my belongings?2017-02-13T11:52:05+01:00

There is a cloakroom available to store belongings. Please note The Company provides a secure cloakroom at all Events. However, London City Beach cannot guarantee complete security of items stored in cloakrooms. London City Beach therefore accepts no responsibility for any items lost or stolen during the course of an Event which were not stored in our secure cloakroom and without receipt of a valid cloakroom ticket and will only be liable for items stolen from our secure cloakroom up to the maximum value of £500 per Event. Accordingly, the Company strongly advises the Client that guests attending an Event do not bring expensive items such as laptops, jewellery, etc. to an Event or leave such items in the cloakrooms provided.

There is disabled access for guests, as well as disabled toilets should they be needed.
